Privacy notice
Notice under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), concerning the data collected through the contact form, DOLMIR AI («Talk to DOLMIR») and browsing the site.

- Data processed
- Contact form: company, name, email and the text you write; role, phone and area of interest are optional; only if you choose, the information you wrote to DOLMIR AI (for example company size or volume of requests), shown to you before sending. DOLMIR AI: the text of your questions. Browsing: technical data of requests (IP address, browser, page) and aggregate visit statistics. Only with your consent, first-party statistics: browsing events (page, action, technical outcome), where the visit came from (UTM parameters, referring site, landing page) and a random session identifier; never the text of your questions.
- Purposes
- Replying to your request; running the demonstration console; protecting the site from abuse (rate limits per IP address, kept only in memory for a few minutes); counting visits in aggregate form; with your consent, understanding how the site is used and where requests come from. No newsletter, no automated profiling, no sale of data.
- Legal basis
- For the form, the consent you give when sending it. For the console, your request to use it. For security and aggregate statistics, the legitimate interest in keeping the site working and protected. For first-party statistics, consent, which you can withdraw at any time from «Privacy preferences» at the bottom of every page, with no consequence for your use of the site or the form.
- Providers
- Vercel Inc. hosts the site, runs its functions and provides the visit statistics. Resend delivers the form’s emails. Anthropic processes the text of the questions put to DOLMIR AI in order to generate the answer: do not enter personal or confidential data in your questions. Each provider processes data on behalf of DOLMIR, under its own terms of service.
- Microphone
- If you use voice in the console, transcription is done by your browser’s speech service (for example Google, in Chrome), not by DOLMIR. The microphone switches on only when you ask it to.
- Transfers
- Vercel, Resend and Anthropic are US companies: data may be processed in the United States. The site’s functions currently run in a US region of the hosting provider.
- Retention
- Form emails: for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any obligations arising from it. Questions to DOLMIR AI are not stored by DOLMIR. Statistical events, collected only with consent, are recorded in the logs of the site’s functions at the hosting provider; any dedicated archive will be stated on this page before it is switched on. Technical logs stay with the hosting provider for the period its service provides.

- Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, by writing to the address given below. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
